Shop Summary:
Great place the guys are really helpful. I get everything I need in the winter, because once summer hits this place is slammed with tourist and weekenders buying bikes for thier kids. they also do bike rentals. prices are a little high but a good value considering the expert workmanship

A+ in the winter, in season a little less as they become overwhelmed

Great shop! Has the biggest shop in my part of Ct and will order anything you need for no charge!

Great! The bike wash is ESPECIALLY amazing if i do say so my self.

Shop Summary:
The guys at the shop were great. When I was buying my bike they told me they had a 30 day exchange for any other bike they could get, if i was not satisfied with the bike I bought. I thought yeah ok. Well about a week later I brought the bike back to get somthing different, and low and behold they do a return with no penalty. Very nice shop and a great group of guys. The shop is about 45 min drive more and well worth it.

Customer Service:
Customer service was great also, My bike was on backorder, and they called a few times to let me know the status.
