Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
This place has the Best prices. I bought a Bike there and saved $300 compared to another LBS I almost bought it at. They have alot of selection. Its easy to get to. Customer Service:
Customer service? This was hit or miss here. I also had problems with them getting me stuff. They would say they were gonna call me when it was ready or when my part was in, and guess what?? NO call.
I would suggest buying your bike here to save lots of $$ and then bring it somewhere else after the 1yr warranty is up.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
I bought a bike from these guys back in March and it was a great experience! Other shops in Berlin and Bristol were asking higher prices (approx. $200 more) for an 08 leftover. I got a great deal at Sunshine! Since the purchase, I've asked them for quite a bit of help to keep me up and riding. All I can say is that so far, it's all been good...

This Place Has the Worst Customer service i have ever come across in this industry!Im 40 years old and im not a child so you can trust this review.A nice shop,Well priced Merch.,Cool Bikes..But it all comes down to CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!This place has NONE!! Customer Service:
The worst ive come across in CT.. Other Comments:
I placed an order through them, from shimano after my third trip back to this shop they tell me "Shimano part you ordered is Out of stock"Lets see...You told me you ordered it and it was shipped,and NOW 8 days later its out of stock!!Makes no sense to me.Then i asked if i make a purchase of a XT rear.Could it be installed while i wait?"I will have to leave the bike".A pro can install this part in 10-15 Min..Give me a break..I will Stick to Mystic Cycle,i should have never strayed anyway.Unless you like being talked Down to. Stay Away.There loss, i spend money like water in the bike shop!!
