You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary:
The Shop usually has a pretty good number of bikes on the floor along with accessories. But they are not a big chain store so it makes sense they don't keep everything on hand, not to worry as they are happy get it for you in a reasonable time period. They stock Road, Cruiser, kids, BMX/freestyle, MTB and hybrid bikes along with Racks and the other need to haves. I think where they stand out above other places is bike service though.

Customer Service:
As anywhere they have new employees but if who your with can't help they realize it and go to someone who can. I do most of my own work so when I go to a shop it is usually an oddball tool requirement or complete wheel rebuild, so I am not an Ideal service customer but they have always done what what asked, in the time period they represented... sounds easy until you try some other shops...

Other Comments:
They are not open on Sundays and late nights- good for them they deserve it! it is worth the wait as you will get to deal with a true bike shop.
They will help with whatever it is you need down to letting you sort through their bolt bins and bike take offs, other shops would rather you buy a whole new bike- true customer service.
