Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
They have pretty much everything you need from tools and gear to bike racks. They have a suprising amount of Tires and accessories on hand and can order anything they don't. Customer Service:
This is what really seperates EMS from the other guys. Everyone is always willing to help and most of them share a passion for your sport or another, so they are willing to listen to your "story" without making you feel like you should have stayed home. The bike techs are right there ready to help answer any questions you have- not in the back kept away from the action. It is nice to deal with such a friendly group of people. Odd that more shops don't treat customers this way.
