AWESOM CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Casey Leroy and all of them are the best. They dont just know the specs for the bikes, but they know how they should handle, they are truly experts in their fields. They totally Win!

Shop Summary:
Bent's is great! The cool thing is this is a small shop with a big selection of bikes and gear, so you get the small shop vibe and treatment while still having access to the latest and greatest stuff.

Customer Service:
They treat you right. I have bought many bikes and had many repairs at this shop and they always go the extra mile with the detail and quality of builds and service.

Other Comments:
All the people at this shop give something back to the sport. Most of them ride themselves and the shop sponsers many races and events. They give a lot of support to racers, recreational riders, and the community.

Shop Summary:
Specialized, Giant and Cannondale are the main brands they carry. They have riad bikes, comfort bikes, spin bikes, bmx bikes, hartails and full suspension mt. bikes. They also have biking apparel, supplements, and just about any component you may want or need. If they don't have it they will order it.

Customer Service:
Casey, Leroy, and the boys are second to none. They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They provide a reasonably priced service or repair in a reasonable amount of time. What else could you ask from a bike shop?

Shop Summary:
The best shop in Lakeland & probably central Florida. A nice collection of bikes.

Customer Service:
Knowledgeable. Not always informed about the brands they carry though. Some of the highest repairs bills I have ever seen come out of this shop. My bike is not always is perfect running order afterwards either, but I forgive these guys, because I know they are the best in the area, so I will continue to support them.
