Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I've been into AJ's a few times now and every time I go, they are so friendly and helpful! The first time I was there, my husband and I were looking at road bikes, and they spent so much time with us, explaining every little detail! We didn't end up buying anything that day but that didn't seem to bother them a bit. We will definitely go back and buy bikes as soon as we have the funds! In the meantime, I have rented a bike from them for a weekend race and the service was great! There was a slight mistake and they ended up not having a bike there for me to ride, so one of the guys let me take his personal bike for my race! Woah. These guys are too nice!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I have only positive things to say about AJ's. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you find exactly what you need. I am just starting to ride so I had no idea what I wanted or needed. Darren, one of the owners, spent almost 2 hours with me test riding different bikes, looking through catalogs, and offering me suggestions. I did not purchase anything after my first visit, but decided to visit 3 other shops in the area. Nothing compared to the service I received at AJ's. I am very critical when it comes to customer service and friendliness, but I am delighted to say that I will indeed be making all of my bike-related purchases at AJ'S. Thank you! Customer Service: The staff is very patient with all types of questions. They are also very knowledgable. Being a novice rider, I did not feel intimidated or pressured.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Aj's is a very comfortable bike store to shop at. The staff will leave you alone to find what you want but are very helpful if you happen need assistance.I've dealt with several other bike stores in the Tampa Bay area and after finding AJ's I have no reason to go back to any of them.I will back order something at AJ's before I'll drive to another shop that has it in stock.I got really tired of other shops treating my needs as low priorty if I didn't happen to be buying high dollar items. AJ's will go out of their way to find me the $2.59 part that I need to get my bike up and running again. I have yet to buy a new mountain bike but when that time comes I know where I'll be going to pick one out. Customer Service: Customer service is great! The staff actually ride and that gives them more credibility in my opinion. They do not always direct you to the most expensive item in the line up. They'll find out what type of riding you do and suggest products that will get the job done.I do all of my own repairs so I can't really comment on the repair dept but what I can say is that my boss uses them to perform tune up's and repairs and he always has positive things to say about them.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Shop was very clean & organized. Well laid out. Customer Service: Sucked. (I live an hour away) I visited this shop, because I called to find a particular helmet. The said they had it. I arrived they did NOT! People make mistakes, but it got better...the helmet I was looking for was never in the store. I decided to look at a Nomad since I was here. They didn't have one. The "kid" thought I would a Trance instead. I told him I wanted a Nomad. I got disgusted w/ the whole experience & left. It's to bad, because it was a nice store. Central Florida lacks nice bike shops!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I live 100miles from this shop and just recently drove to look at a 06 reign 2 after talking with dave and darren the owners , These guys were the best i have a local bike shop and it hails in comparison, they took the time to listen i am just a newbie, and steered me in the direction of the reign 2 i am a big guy and they thought this bike would hold up the best. After a brief setup from Art in the back i tokk it for a demo and was sold, I purchased the bike at a great price dave even threw in some good pedals the stock plastic ones suck! And while i purchased some other essentials Had some pretty damn good coffeee to boot, the flavia rocks! I bought the extended warranty, but hindsight wish i would have upgrqded the rims damn these things dont stay true Customer Service: friendly knowledgable, responsive
