Shop Summary:
Excellent shop... The know there bikes and the technology that goes with it. Everyone rides some form, road, mountain, BMX, cruiser. It is always clean and nice... it is great to see and helps with the positive environment, the couch and tv are a nice touch, it makes it feel like home.

Customer Service:
Top of the line. There is a mechanic that competes in every disciplined and they are not afraid to ask each other if they are unsure. I brought my road bike in and spoke to a BMX rider who was able to grab another mechanic, explain the situation, and get it diagnosed properly and fixed faster than I expected.

Other Comments:
One last thing... When ever you go into a shop, see what bikes the employees ride. If they are not riding the bikes they carry then they know they are not the best. AJ's rides and believes in what they sell.

Shop Summary:
After only two trips to the shop I am very happy with the quality of the shop. Selection seems pretty good. Maintenance was excellent.

Customer Service:
As always the people make the shop. It's always hard for a local bike shop to match internet pricing and depth of selection, but it's the people you interact with in the shop that keep you coming back and make the extra couple of bucks worth it. AJ's comes through on this front. From the front desk back into the work shop the people are friendly and willing to listen to even the most inadequate descriptions of what the hell is wrong with the bike and interpret into something that ends up getting it fixed. As a side note I am always impressed when a discount is provided to military members and local bike club members, both of which AJ's provides.

Other Comments:
Bottom line is although I won't buy all my parts from them, I will most definitely bring my bike back for the fixin' I can't (or won't) do, and I will happily pay the extra bucks for those parts that I need to see, touch, or just gotta have for the ride tomorrow.

Shop Summary:
Great variety of cycling products to choose from, clean and friendly environment. If they don't have what you are looking for they will go out of their way and get it for you.

Customer Service:
I will have to say that this is the only bike shop that will always greet you with a smile and of course, a nice HOT cup of coffee. Great crew that are always willing to hear you and satisfy your needs in the cycling sport. I live 45 minutes away from this bike shop and believe me, its worth the drive. THANK YOU!

Shop Summary:
I've been into AJ's a few times now and every time I go, they are so friendly and helpful! The first time I was there, my husband and I were looking at road bikes, and they spent so much time with us, explaining every little detail! We didn't end up buying anything that day but that didn't seem to bother them a bit. We will definitely go back and buy bikes as soon as we have the funds! In the meantime, I have rented a bike from them for a weekend race and the service was great! There was a slight mistake and they ended up not having a bike there for me to ride, so one of the guys let me take his personal bike for my race! Woah. These guys are too nice!

Shop Summary:
I have only positive things to say about AJ's. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you find exactly what you need. I am just starting to ride so I had no idea what I wanted or needed. Darren, one of the owners, spent almost 2 hours with me test riding different bikes, looking through catalogs, and offering me suggestions. I did not purchase anything after my first visit, but decided to visit 3 other shops in the area. Nothing compared to the service I received at AJ's. I am very critical when it comes to customer service and friendliness, but I am delighted to say that I will indeed be making all of my bike-related purchases at AJ'S. Thank you!

Customer Service:
The staff is very patient with all types of questions. They are also very knowledgable. Being a novice rider, I did not feel intimidated or pressured.
