Jim's Bikes

Nice shop outside QuietWater Park. Good service, great people and when the parks trail gets going it'll be a good place to grab a tube when you need it quick.

Shop Summary:
I’m sure at one time or another most of you have experienced the bike salesman who came across as a “car salesman” not to offend honest car salesmen but I’m sure you know what I mean. Then you have the guy who makes you feel like questions about your new purchase are answers you should be purchasing from him, well that’s why I drove 30 miles to Jim’s Bicycles and will continue to do business with Jim and his outstanding staff to avoid that nonsense. I’m a 48 year old rider and have purchased over 10 mountain bikes in the past and I’m telling you Jim and his staff are polite, professional, knowledgeable (road and mountain biking) and will go out of their way to make their customers happy. It’s unfortunate that he is so far from where I live especially since I have several bike shops in my immediate area but will gladly make the drive to get the service you get from Jim’s Bikes. Go see Jim and his staff and you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about!!! “RIDE ON”

Customer Service:
Outstanding!!!

Shop Summary:
What a great shop. It is nice to go to a shop where you feel very welcome. All the guys are very frendily and fun to talk to. You NEVER ARE PRESURED to buy anything. AND FREE TUNE UPS FOR LIFE!! That is what brought me in the first place. But I would not buy a bike from any one else. I have bought both my mountian and my road bike from him.

Customer Service:
A+ service. If he doesn't have he can get it for you right away.
FREE TUNE UP'S FOR LIFE. I am not a bike machanic so that means a lot to me. At $40 bucks a pop at the "Big bike shops" It difenitly adds up. I had a warenty issue. He got it taken care off with no problems and had me riding right away.

Other Comments:
I don't think you can find a better bike shop. And all the guys are ridders. They do Saturday morning road rides from the shop. And there is a good thursday evening quite waters mountian ride. Best shop in Florida.

Shop Summary:
Great location next to bike trails. what ever kind of riding you prefer, on or off road this shop has it all with a relaxing friendly atmosphere that other shops just can't live up to. As far as products and parts Jim's carry the the most reputable manufacture's, and can get what he dosn't have in stock within a couple of day's. Have i mentioned eye candy, after all who wants to buy anything if you can't see it, not me. A one stop shop.

Customer Service:
Customer service and product knowledge is very important to me and these guy's are second to none.

Other Comments:
Even if you have to travel a little farther to get to Jim's it is worth it. Check this shop out and as Jim alway's say's (Happy Trails).

Shop Summary:
Cool little MTB shop with a relaxed atmosphere and great employees. They alaways have some new MTB eye candy to check out. I drive past several other shops to go to Jims. If they don't have it, then they can get it..

Customer Service:
Top notch customer service. I have several bikes and I am often tweaking them with new candy and these guys take great care of me, if not right away, then within a day or two. Nice big comfy couch and MTB vids on the TV make it easy to wait a few and relax.

Other Comments:
If you need something quick and right, drop in and enjoy.. they have it or they'll get it.. Peace.

Great shop with plenty of stock to drool over. As already stated, its a real cool laid back atmosphere. You can hang out and talk shop with these guys and Jim himself is great...really into it.

Customer Service:
The guys at this shop are really enthusiastic and candid with you. They seem to enjoy the work and get amped about biking. They are my one and only bike shop choice without a doubt.

Other Comments:
Just go check them out. You won't be disappointed....
