Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML

Bell's Bicycle and Repair
This is the best shop in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area.
James Bell is the owner and all the employees are extremely friendly and helpful when it came time to pick 1 bike of the 200 or more in stock, (and i was in more than 5 times) trying to pick the right bike for my budget.I finally purchased a Jamis Dakar ( 04 ) model and have had no issues with this bike in the last 2 years.
This is a road/mountian bike shop with seperate repair building next door to the shop.
Bell's even has carbon fiber road bikes and frame/forks for
the high end riders.
Shop Summary: I'd been researching a good entry level mountain bike for a while. A friend highly suggested I go to Bell's, to get a great deal on a nicer bike. I ended up having one of the best buying experiences ever! The shop was packed with a large selection of bikes and accessories.
Customer Service: The staff was busy, but got to me within minutes. ALL my questions were answered with patience and courtesy. I was on a tight budget, and they really worked with me. I ended up with a far more superior bike compared to the one I almost bought at another local shop! They also provide FOUR FREE tune-ups in the first year, a benefit unmatched by any other local shop. Bell's sales and service are tops! I'm letting everyone know!

Shop Summary: Shop was packed with bikes. High end equipment. If you need a part, i'm sure they have it.
Customer Service: Worst I've ever seen. I'm really very easy to please and not overly critical, however, this shop's customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I entered the shop and 15 minutes later, no one had even spoken a word to me. No 'hello', 'how are you', the basic 'can i help you'. There were 3 employees in the shop, 2 of which were working on bikes, and another on a computer at the desk. I would understand if they were slammed with customers, however, i was the only customer in the store. Maybe they were having a bad day?? I will never go to this shop again nor do i suggest anyone else to do so as well.

Shop Summary: The shop is overpriced , probably due to lack of competition in NE Dade . I bought a Jamis bike from them last year at a nice price , they did not tell me they had changed the wheels and put in some cheaper parts , the guy was very rude when I inquired about getting better wheels .
Customer Service: Aweful , i went there earlier today to get a new tire , called ahead to get a price(for tire and mounting) , the guy would not honor the price that i was quoted on the phone and questioned me as if i was making up a story about getting a price . They told me on the phone (twice) that they dont charge any labor when you buy a tire there to mount the tire , then the guy(idiot) in the shop tells me they always charge for labor .
Other Comments: Some of the management is very rude , you may find a deal but i would rather go to a shop where they know something about customer courtesy . Be very careful when buying anything at this shop .
