Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
Two Shops in Jax, one at Philips Hwy and the other at Beach/Southside. Customer Service:
Great customer service. I visited a few other bike shops in the Jax area. Most were bike "snobs" and did not want to help a novice like me. Bicycles Etc. was very helpful, spent lots of time educating me and worked with me to sell me the bike I wanted. Great selection-they had what I wanted in stock. Other shops had to order what I wanted. Mike the owner is very helpful, so are Sean and Eric. Bottom line: customer service is what keeps me coming back. Good prices help too.
