Shop Summary: The absolute best bike shop in Florida! Leroy (Leone) is the most knowledgeable person when it comes to bikes. I was told to purchase our bikes at Bents and it was the best decision of our lives. Leroy is the man!
Customer Service: Like a lot of other reviewers have said this is the only LBS that we have been to that will be 100% honest with you. If you don"t need it they wont sell it to you. Trust me other bike shops call these guys for help.
Other Comments: Its better than going to starbucks. Stop in and talk with all the other riders. Great times and great people!

Shop Summary: Great selection.... don't know how they get so things in that small amount of space... but if you want it... they usually have it... IN STOCK!!! Even when the 'other pricey' places DONT!!! My shop work has been done right, and done right the first time.
Customer Service: Leroy and Dave.... define Customer Service. Can't get better than these guys... good advice, and will actually tell you 'You don't need to spend the extra money, you won't see an improvement with this item' (which is very rare now days)
Other Comments: I live in Tampa, FL, and stopped in on a whim. I've ended up making every bike & accessory purchase from these guys since then. I'm on my 3rd bike purchase from them, and have had them do all the upgrade work on my Cannondale Rise1 including Custom made & colored Industry 9 wheels, Joplin Seat Post dropper, full SRAM XX component upgrade, lights, clothes, helmets, tires, peddles, cables, and any other goodies I've been able to find. They are cheaper than the internet, and Leroy gives expert advise, and installations. It's a drive from the Tampa area, but they make it worth the drive every time. If your serious about riding.... you owe it to yourself to check these guys out! Tell them Darin sent you =D

Customer Service: The owner, Steven Bent, is a class act. Knew him as a roadbike racer in the mid-seventies. It's a person's character that counts, and it is no surprise to me that he continues to do well and attract the right people to work with him at his bike shop. You can't go wrong at this place.

Customer Service: AWESOM CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Casey Leroy and all of them are the best. They dont just know the specs for the bikes, but they know how they should handle, they are truly experts in their fields. They totally Win!
They just added a huge selection of jerseys and other apperal to the store, so now its more than just a small bike shop, you can buy clothes and stuff there too!
