Shop Summary:
Unfortunately they seem to have problems with servicing Maestro Suspension and dealing with Fox Shocks.

Customer Service:
They where going to replace a Talas Terralogic Folk with another model, I had to say no, and pay $120 more to get the right one. It was their mistake, only had to replace for the same model that the old one.
I found a missing clamp from brake hose on the Fox Folk, the guy answer was "I do not have time to get one" After spending over 3 grand I expected a little more.
They put not tubeless tires on UST wheels that cost a fortune. When I point it out, just they offered to sell me another pair.
When I ask the mechanic about his mistake with the suspension, he was about to ask me out and get on it! He said "and what are you going to do".
All part of the bike where loose, the new brake calipers where mounted on washers, not on the bone type of mount that will be normal to see. I had to ask them to replace them, finally they did.

Other Comments:
My bike spend five months to get new folk and service suspension, new wheels, new handle bar and seat post.
When work concluded, I found they assemble with parts on the wrong place, this create damage on the threat in several parts. Finally a mechanic from Giant came to fix the bike, change bolts, and then triangle suspension upper link. I am waiting for the replacement parts under warranty.
Now it's been 7 month and the bicycle is not finish, really want to get my bike done, go ride and enjoy, don't want to see them any more, or talk to them, but fill stoke with them. For now! Hope no more comes up, I am tire!
