Origianlly located in downtown New Smyrna Beach, Fox Firestone re-located to this new address in February of 2008. With a large building, larger inventory and a larger staff they are ready to serve the road, fitness, mountain, leisure or cross-country rider. Very experienced and qualified staff.

Shop Summary:
Went there to buy some gloves and sat and BS'd with this BMX'er guy that works there. He was pretty cool and informative considering I only spent 20 bucks. They sell motorcycles too and you can tell that is the main concern with the other guys. They have nice bikes, plenty of accessories. Prices look decent. My grandfather bought a beach cruiser from them and good a pretty good deal.

Customer Service:
The guy there that is actually a rider gives good customer service (Cant recall his name). Other guys stand around and wait for you to look like your going to spend lots of money and never talk to you.

Shop Summary:
I took my wife's Electra Townie with the Shimano Nexus 7 integrated rear hub in with a broken cassette joint. Fox Firestone, the local Electra dealer, advised that it would require a new wheel and hub, not a cassette joint. After paying $280, a few days later the bike had a flat. Went to Walmart to get a new tube and fixed it my self. After removing the wheel, the first thing I noticed was Fox had not replaced it with an Electra rim. Then after removing the cassette joint, it became apparent, that the cassette joint was all that needed to be replaced, not the hub and rim. I found out I can get a new cassette joint from Niagara Cycle Works on the internet for $10. If I knew this ahead of time I would have fixed it myself. Instead, I trusted Fox Firestone to fix it for me. Big mistake. Now I am disputing the charges, and have gotten no replies from them. They have ignored my inquiries and hope I will fade away. I have since turned this over to my credit card company (Discover), who will deal with them, and hopefully to a full refund. I cannot recommend this bike shop to anyone for service.
