Nice shop outside QuietWater Park. Good service, great people and when the parks trail gets going it'll be a good place to grab a tube when you need it quick.

Shop Summary:
I've gotten various forms of bikes serviced here and have always been satisfied with their friendly attitude and skill. Jim is a great guy with a good sense of humor and you can even occasionally meet him riding out on the trails. This is the bike shop that I now go to for anything I can't work on myself, and would recommend this place to anyone in the area for bike servicing. The prices are a little higher than some online rates, but for a few dollars more I can support a LBS that helps service my bikes when I cannot (I am still new to bike repair and lack the tools + experience).
While a mountain bike shop primarily, they also have some other bikes in the shop too. I've seen BMX race and freestyle bikes, and even spotted a Scott Gambler DH bike (what???). The mountain bikes are a nice variety of affordable but high quality all the way to some extremely high end models.

Customer Service:
Friendly and fast, Jim is a great guy with a good sense of humor. Great to work with.

Shop Summary:
I’m sure at one time or another most of you have experienced the bike salesman who came across as a “car salesman” not to offend honest car salesmen but I’m sure you know what I mean. Then you have the guy who makes you feel like questions about your new purchase are answers you should be purchasing from him, well that’s why I drove 30 miles to Jim’s Bicycles and will continue to do business with Jim and his outstanding staff to avoid that nonsense. I’m a 48 year old rider and have purchased over 10 mountain bikes in the past and I’m telling you Jim and his staff are polite, professional, knowledgeable (road and mountain biking) and will go out of their way to make their customers happy. It’s unfortunate that he is so far from where I live especially since I have several bike shops in my immediate area but will gladly make the drive to get the service you get from Jim’s Bikes. Go see Jim and his staff and you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about!!! “RIDE ON”

Customer Service:
Outstanding!!!
