Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML

Shop Summary: I got into riding because of my husbands interest in riding. We shopped a couple of places, and I found that my best experience was at Atlanta Cycling. The bikes were readily available to test ride, and they treated me like I was the only person in the place... it was extremely packed on a Saturday.
Customer Service: My salesman was a guy named Patrick, and he was great. I asked tons of questions, and he answered all of them. He was very patient to my needs, and was very helpful during the whole process. I ended up buying a Scott Scale 30, and I just love it.... had to have a hardtail!!!!
Other Comments: I thoroughly recommend Atlanta Cycling on Piedmont. It seems that everybody there really cares.
P.S.- free tune-ups, and a 30-day return policy influenced my decision also.
Thanks Guys.... We will be back.

Shop Summary: I found this shop 3 years ago via a google search, and since then have bought several bikes from them, and always been very happy with the products I was sold and the service I received. Their selection is awesome, inventory is mind-boggling.
Customer Service: When I was first looking for a mountain bike, they seemed really good at asking the right questions to find the right bike for me in my price range. When I've taken it in for a tune up, it's usually taken only a day or two to get it back. Occasionally something wasn't perfect, but they've always handled it quickly and professionally, which is not the same as I've experienced with other shops. I will NEVER buy a bike from another shop.
Other Comments: There was one instance where I bought something that didn't work out for me, and they were very fair about taking it back, so THANKS GUYS!

Shop Summary: The shop does have their products, but employees do not seem to know their ass from their elbows, their goal is to sell you products that they themselves don't know at all, they don't even know any level of graded steel or the difference between aluminum or carbon or steel, one guy had to try to fake me by telling me it does not make a difference of material of the bike, it's the rider, if you're light you'll ne fast, if you're fat, you're slow......great service of knowledge.
Customer Service: Bought a coneection link for a single speed chain and the girl gave me a connections that didn't even fit, she told me they were standard for single speed BMC chain..for $5.00 a link and 12 mi. to drive back for a refund..I just said..forget it.. I'll buy another chain from another shop or from ebay instead.
when asked a sales rep about the difference bet. a trek full suspension he answered "so what kind of game are we playing here ?" so sarcasm I do not need.
Shop Summary: High end bike shop chain with several locations throughout the Atlanta Area
Customer Service: When I bought my bicycle there around 2000, they offered a lifetime of free adjustments. This was one of the selling points for me. I was dissapointed, however, when every time I took it in for these adjustments, the bike would come back shifting just as poorly as it did when I dropped it off. I just figured that is how the bike was supposed to shift. Now that I am a bike mechanic myself, I realize how poor the repair jobs were.
Other Comments: I am purely going by my own experiences with one of their locations from several years ago.
