Racer Shop Summary: Addictive Cycles is a killer shop that you feel totally comfortable in. It doesn't matter if you've never been on a bike or you're an experienced racer, the boys really take care of you. Customer Service: Hodge and the guys are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and really know their stuff. I'd trust them with any of my bikes, and I try to make a purchase (however small) each time I'm in to support them. It's my way of saying thanks for supporting cycling. Other Comments: These guys ride bikes pretty well, too.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: very small shop in a good location with easy access from the highway. minimal bike inventory but several high end bikes all seemed to be demos. it looked like they had all been on the trail. overpriced components and parts.
Customer Service: minimal experience from my one visit to the shop but seemed to be a good atmosphere and knowledgeable staff Other Comments: went in to buy a replacement part and found they charge twice the going rate for the part. i paid but only because i was in a bind and would avoid it in the future

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Excellent group. They support races, race and ride. So that's how you know they'll know what you need. Right? Right. Customer Service: What they said. Technically correct and supportive without being over bearing. Glad to get anything you don't see on the shelf. Just ask. Other Comments: Ride your bike. If it breaks, you know where to go. When it can't be fixed, you'll be in the right place for a new rig.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: shop is awesome! these guys really do know their stuff and it show with the products they choose to offer. located on the way to almost every good trail in north GA! this shop offers a very laid back feeling and the staff is extremely knowledable and very willing to help, whether that means answering some questions so you can do it yourself or helping you find the part that best suits your needs...these guys will NOT pressure you or make you feel like you you dont belong in a bike shop! I have never written a review, probably because no place has ever really impressed me this much! If you want honest, experienced advise and service take the time and stop in, you will be glad you did!!! Customer Service: customer service is excellent without being overbearing. Other Comments: you will find prices are pretty much in line with the online superstores that offer no help whatsoever!
