great bike shop. I've done group rides out of this shop for several months now and good bunch of guys. Jon knows his bikes and has been able to fix me up several times. Customer Service:

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
WELL THE SHOP WAS NICE BUT THE OWNER WAS ABOUT AS BRIGHT AS A BURNT OUT LIGHT BULB. I CANT BELIEVE THOSE BIKE COMPANY'S ALLOW THIS PLACE TO SELL THERE BIKES. Customer Service:

I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYWHERE ELSE I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS SHOP AGAIN

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Best shop in the region. The other nearby shop (Lifetime Bikes, mainly deals with SKATEBOARDS... what a joke right?). So if you're in the area visit Wheelworks if you want it better. They carry the good brands and can help you out with those hard to find parts. Customer Service:
Wonderful service. The guys are easy to get along with, especially Jon. He knows what it takes to race or be casual and never forces anything on anyone. He is just there to help.
Forget Lifetime, they try and push everything on you. Other Comments:
Go here if you like to ride, treat your bike better than your kid, and want a beer or two.
