Shop Summary:
A very nice shop with a good selection of Road and Mountain bikes. They carry Trek and Gary Fisher etc. They have a good selection of accessaries, but I wish they had a few more choices of clothing.

Customer Service:

This is were Bob's Cycle shines!! I have been in there shop many times and from the simplest $2.00 part to an $2000.00 bike they acted like I was the most important thing they were doing. I spent atleast 5 hours asking questions and riding different bikes and never felt any pressure to hurry. As a matter of fact they incouraged me to look at many options. Bob's Cycle really is at the head of the pack when it comes to Customer Service!!

Other Comments:

The body scan fit system Bob's uses is Great! Mike scanned me in about 5 min had several bikes set up for me to ride. The fit was spot on and with a few small tweaks I am more comfortable on a bike than I have been in years!
