Shop Summary:
The shop is the farm equivalent of a pig pen. I actually enjoyed the first 3 minutes in pure amazement that someone chould run a business out of such a dump. Do they even sell bikes there? there were random brand bike lying around, nearly none of them new. Their tech area was so messy that the shop owner(?) was using retail space to do a brake bleed.

Customer Service:
Are yo kidding me? He, I presume the owner, did acknowledge my presence and when I asked for a minor service on a mountain fork he told be it would be a week and he would have to send the fork away. It's a simple spacer install and one that I've had same day service twice.

This guy wanted me out of the store and it was obvious. I was polite about the entire visit and provoked nothing.

Other Comments:
It's too bad that this shop sucks so bad because I have 4 high end bikes and a no compromise attitude for parts and service. I'll pay a premium for good service and this shop is blocks from my house. I'll travel miles before I ever go there agian. Wait, I'll just never bother that store with my pesky part and service requirements.

Don't go there unless you want to see 'worst practices' demo.

Shop Summary:
This is a great Bike Shop. For those in need of fancy carpet and decor you may want to hit a chain store. However, for those who know a thing or two about riding then stop by and talk with the staff. I bought my bike and my wife's bike at ABC. I was able to barter a little because I pay in cash and buy only from this store. It is also one of the only locations to sell Kona's in Georgia. Ask for a book mark ~ it says it all!

Shop Summary:
These guys are for local only who are into the "scene". I met the owner there and he turned out to be ok, but only after warming up to him as he certainly didn't approach with a business owner attitude. They have some good parts there but very limited in stock. I had to order their 'stock' stem. Their location is excellent for intown people but stay away if your are not 'one of them'. The store is very sloppy and cramped.

Customer Service:
Forget it. NONE

Other Comments:
Go somewhere else. They don't have anything that can't be purched at a shop elsewhere in the city with the exception of Turner Brand - order it online. Does this shop actually make money? I would be suprised.

Shop Summary:
I live in Macon, but when I get the chance to go up to Atlanta, I like to stop at this shop. When you go into the shop, nothing is really in a specific place, but its pretty cool to browse. I always find something I never would've found in other bike shops. The guys here are super cool too.

Customer Service:
Great!!

Shop Summary:
Want to go back in time? Want to re-visit those first years of college when you could care less about being clean, organized and how you looked? Well have I got a bike shop for you. This poor excuse of a shop is the worst of the worst. First impressions is that it's Sanford and Sons closet of used and old bike parts. You can't find a thing and you really don't want to look. I felt like I might have gotten bite by something lurking in the dark. It had a few locals hanging around like they haven't had serious jobs or responsibility since they worked at the local grocery store back in high school. Old beaters rigs hanging in the air like a Pee Wee playhouse episode. Just a freaking mess. A sad a pathetic way to run a business especially in that part of town.

Customer Service:
There is no such thing as customer service here. The one guy who I assumed was the owner/manager greeted me like I clearly didn't belong there. As he approached me he looked as if I was lost and rudely interrupted his great day of sitting around talking about how cool they were to the low life locals. I again let it pass. I asked if he had two items. He returned a quick no. Get this, one of the items I asked for was a Shimano chain. That's the equivialant of a person asking for a lolly pop in a candy store. I received another quick no. Then I got a sneaker and that they only sell SRAM, and that I should have known better. Give me a break, such elitest crap, you can save your "insider" parts knowledge crap to yourself. So realizing they didn't have my parts and now I've ruined their afternoon I said thanks and walked for the door. Just as I arrived at the exit a small boy ran in from the outside almost hitting me. One of the locals bellows to the kid to look out for customers. Then someone, I'm not really sure who said it, but like a child sneaker to look out for paying customers. I paused in front of the door wanting to call then out on it, but I didn't.

Other Comments:
So I've been to their shop years ago when it was located a few miles down the road. I had another run in when I wanted to buy a saddle, but wouldn't buy the $200 saddle they had in stock. I was actually told, "It's what everyone's riding!" I kid you not.

I've managed a lot of businesses in my day. I have never seen every rule in the book broken like this when it comes to running a business in my life. I wanted to feel sad for them, but they brought it on themselves. Please stay away from this shop. Take your money anywhere else, but this place. Sad and not worth the effort to walk in their front door.
