Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Small-medium shop with a down-home, laid-back feel. They have some good bikes in store but the employees and the service are their strong points. Customer Service:
They do a fantastic job taking care of all of their customers and they really make a connection with their frequent customers. If you have a relationship with them they will do anything to take care of you. The two main mechanics are well known throughout the area.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
It's a small shop which carries a limited selection of both road and mountain bikes. Very basic which I believe is due to the lack of competition in the area. Customer Service:
The service is good. There was a bit of feeling that you had to be a regular to receive their full attention. Other Comments:
Due to lack of competition the prices are on the high side.

They have a good selection on lower-cost cycles on hand and a good amount of accessories Customer Service:
I am a new rider and the staff has been nothing short of great. They are very informative and patient with my million and one questions. Other Comments:
I really havent bought anything substantial from them as of yet but they definately get my nod
