Shop Summary:
I had a great experience at Cycle Therapy. I purchased a Felt mountain bike from Cycle Therapy and after riding it a few days I realized the frame was a little too big for me. So I took it back and the owner Trey Smith helped me get a smaller one with no problems. Trey was very friendly and very knowledgeable about bikes. The smaller bike I purchased had to be put together and Trey was nice enough to show me how it was done. His shop is very clean and has a great selection of products. I learned a lot going to Cycle Therapy and feel like I made a smart decision. I have been to other bike shops like Performance Bike in Roswell, Free Flite in Marietta and REI in Kennesaw but they do not compare to the quality of Cycle Therapy. I highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Customer Service:
The customer service at Cycle Therapy is great. Everyone is very polite and inviting. Compared to other bike shops I feel like I was treated as a good friend rather than just a customer.
