Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
Andy Jordan's Bicycle Warehouse

Great shop with knowledge on everything bikes. Cyclocross, BMX, Freestyle, Road or Mountain bikes, these guys have it and are very knowledgeable about the specific discipline. Top rated mechanics and sales staff.. Nice thing I like about Andy's is you always have the same faces behind the counter, staff dresses professionally and store is neat.. Very professional atmosphere and service..

Shop Summary:
shop was clean and they had the part i needed (albeit at a high price) but i was shocked at their unwillingness to help me out with a 5 min job. see below.

Customer Service:
i was on vacation in the Augusta area and riding in the morning with my girlfriend at one of the local trails. she ended up completely destroying one front brake pad so we got in the car and were recommended to stop by this shop to pick up a replacement. when we got there and bought a set of pads i said to the person behind the counter "would you be able to put these on for us really quick? i explained that we were from out of town and didnt have a place to work on the bike or decent tools and had come from the trail and planned to head back to the trail. he said "sorry we are moving stuff around today and cant do any repairs." there were three guys in the shop, two empty bike stands, no other customers in the shop on a Tuesday morning and yet they couldn't help us out with a 5 min job which effectively meant i had to do it with sub-par tools at the trail head. we ride in the area alot and i will be sure not to stop in there again.

Other Comments:
thanks for nothing Andy Jordan's.
