Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Very unique building and great location. But there is where it ends. this place has gone south in the past couple of years. Customer Service: horrible, please do not get your bike worked on here. Or order high end parts that fail in the first couple of weeks of riding, owner does not stand behind product or do the footwork to help resolve any issues. All that is there is a half trained owner and kids who attempt to work on bikes. very scary

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Qauint looking shop with real freindly staff . Has a home town feel with the same personality from the staff . Customer Service: Freindly fast service with a smile . Other Comments: There prices can't be beat around this area . I checked three other shops prices before deciding on this shop . I been there four times now , mainly for upgrades , but I also bought my son a bike there (mt240 trek) . I have a carbon frame trek . As this a trek dealer they are very familier with them . As long as I am in this area I plan on mainly using them .

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Very unique looking shop, but that is where it stops Customer Service: Average customer service, If you are tall, can work on your own bikes and like 29ers, this shop is for you. Otherwise, look else where Other Comments: Do alot of road rides out of the shop.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: I went in to get my new fork and headset installed. They were nice enough to change everything for me on the spot. They even inspected my brakes and bottom bracket.
Their service charges were really good. Other places around Gwinnett charged twice as much.
I'm really satisfied with this shop. Customer Service: Really friendly, informative, fast.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Not the largest shop around, but excellent customer service. Customer Service: These folks will treat you right. I do most of the wrenching on my bikes, but when I run into something over my head this is where I go. When the rear triangle broke on my Klein they took a digital picture, sent the picture to Trek and in no time I was riding again. Quite a contrast to the shop where I bought the bike. They gave me a story about having to ship the triangle to Trek, yada yada...
