Shop Summary:
Bike shop staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help you out. The mechanics are trained at the Barnett Bicycle Instittute in Colorado Springs and really know the correct way to assess your bike's needs and problems as well as fix the problem the correct way. Like any good shop most of the time you will have to leave your bike with them for a couple of days in order for them to do the kind of job that they can really stand behind. They work on your bike as if it weretheir own and will not settle until they fix the problem if it is fixable. I have had nothing but good experiences and truly believe that this is one of the best shops in Atlanta if not the BEST.

Customer Service:
The customer service is great. They stand behind their work and are very honest in their assessment of your bike. The whole store has great customer service and that is why so many people like me continue to shop there. There is a 100% satisfaction guarantee on anythiing you buy at the store. If you are not satisfied you can bring it back and their is no time limit. How many stores can say that.

Other Comments:
If you are looking for a good bike shop to take your bike to and not have to worry about having some homemechanic tech wanna-be working on your bike then this is the place to go. THe master tech Erik Peterson is possibly one of the bestmechanics on the nation and actually goes back to BBI to teach other up and coming master techs.
