George's - Meridian

This is the closest shop to my office in Meridian and hence gets the large majority of my business. The wrenches and sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have also purchased a bike from them and not only did they give me a small discount on the price, but they threw in a little bonus gift with the bike. Convenience is what brought me in; friendly service is what keeps me going back. 5 stars.

Shop Summary:
Sells the big brands - Cannondale, Trek, Fisher, Specialized to name a few - and carries a full selection of clothing, helmets, parts and equipment. Not a huge "box" store and focuses mostly on bikes and related gear. Great downtown Meridian location. Decent parking - some on street and a small lot in the back. Prices on gear, bikes, and service are compatible with other local shops.

Customer Service:
Fantastic customer service. Sales staff and wrenches are friendly and knowledgeable. Quick turnaround on bike repairs.

Other Comments:
Convenience to my office brought me in; great customer service keeps me going back.
