Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Good, clean shop. Always seems to be a relaxed atmospere. I've been a customer of Ken's for around 10 years(bought my first Mnt. bike from them). They have a good selection of bikes, parts and accessories. Great shop. Customer Service: I really like dealing with Ken, he is a genuine person, who cares that you have what you need to make your biking experience more enjoyable. I've even seen him on the trails in and around Boise. I like the fact that he doesn't "snub" you like other bike shop owners and workers do. I say this because it reflects on how you are treated each and every time you enter Ken's shop. I feel more comfortable entering Ken's then any other shop in Boise(or Idaho Falls where I currently live). Other Comments: If you want a shop that treats you like a person and not like an elitist yuppy, than this is a great place to go. I have also notice that if you take care of them by returning often, than they take care of you at the check out.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Good selection of Specialized and Raleighs, and Ken is a committed rider and a really nice guy. He has seemed to have had trouble keeping good mechanics, but I don't know what causes it. They've always been competent on my projects. I've referred several new riders to him and he's taken good care of them and got them rolling on nice Specialized mtnbikes. Customer Service: Always good. Like I said, Ken's a nice guy and tries to do the right thing. Other Comments: My main complaint about his shop is everything always seems to be at 100% msrp, no exceptions that I've ever seen. Does he even know about the internet? and that many of us don't like paying full price all the time?

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Selling mainly Specialized and Raleigh, Ken's serves the needs of the hardcore cyclists, as well as the needs of the training-wheel crowd. Customer Service: Ken's is a place where the entire family can be served. He's been in business for over 25 yrs., so alot of his "grown up" customers are bringing their kids to the place where they got THEIR first bike.
Ken can almost always squeeze in that last minute tune-up before a big event. Other Comments: Ken and his staff will make sure you're on the RIGHT bike for your needs, not simply the most popular or most expensive.
