Shop Summary:
I was a little weary of doing business with a bike shop on line because I never really did it before. This shop made me a beleiver. They were communicating better than I could ever have imagined and cut me a great deal in the meantime. I am soulfully happy and can not possibly say enough good things. Thank God for Bob's Bicycles

Customer Service:
Absolutely excellent service. There is no way this could be beat. I am so happy with the way that I was treated all the way from my original contact with the shop being gone and some one covering for him like they did not miss a beat. If everyone was like this the economy would be shining.

Other Comments:
If you are in the market for a new ride. I would strongly recomend that you check these guys out. The bikes they are selling are the best and I would bet my first born on the good service.

Shop Summary:
This is a great shop with great people, excellent selection and options on bikes, frames, components and accessories. When you go in there the owner Vern and manager Dave greet you, the shop guys like Chad greet you and there is absolutely NO attitude whatsoever. The shop guys are very knowledgeable and willing to spend time with anybody to get just what you need. I had a Crossmax Enduro freehub serviced recently and upon putting it back on the bike felt some play. I called and Chad told me bring it in next day. When I brought it in, he checked the hub and my frame and found it was actually some bolts o the horst link of my bike and torqued them to spec for me. Much appreciated!

They either have what you need or are willing to get it, and are not only a good brik and mortar shop, but have excellent internet sales and selection as well - just about right up there with some of the major players

Customer Service:
Excellent customer service, customer is #1 here and it is appreciated.
I never feel uncomfortable here and have never once felt attitude, which counts for a lot.

Other Comments:
Shop is growing even more and utilizing their space by investing in extra racks to carry even more complete bikes.

Shop Summary:
I can only attest to how great a bicycle shop Bob's bicycle shop is through my experience through the internet. I contacted Bob's Bicycles in September of 2007 looking for Titus Racer X. The Bike shop had lots of different options, but their knowledge of the Titus product was very comforting. Not only do they carry a lot of bikes and parts in stock, they are also very adept at getting you what you need if they don't have it. Best bike shop experience I've ever had.

Customer Service:

My contact at Bob's Bicycles is a great guy named Bryant. He helped me go through all of the different decisions and questions a potential bike buyer has without ever getting tired of listening to me. I spent 10x the amount of time picking out a bike than I did buying a truck or a house. I ended up with the sweetest Titus Racer X exogrid that you ever laid your eyes on. The Bike absolutely kicks ass. We had one issue with the wheel set that I got, and Byrant and Bob's Bicycles made everything right. Their customer service is a lesson for all businesses to follow, not just bike shops.

Other Comments:
Buy a Bike from Bob's, you will not be dissappointed.

Shop Summary:
****Please do not take this opinion lightly****
This shop is located in Boise, Id, and has a great online presence with being able to build your bike any of their build kits right on their site, or you can call them, and build it with one of their reps. I had to be picky, so chose the latter. I was looking for a Titus Moto-lite for a new ride after enjoying my switchblade for the last few years. Titus is not sold in Washington state, so this shop seemed to be the next best place to look.

Customer Service:
The sales rep I talked to on the phone was Bryant. He understood what I was trying to get built, and the time table I was working with. He was able to relate to me, my riding style, as well personal preference of components I have found that work. Putting all that together on the phone, he came up with a decent price to have it race ready right out of the box and delivered straight to my home.
Just to give you an idea of the pressure I applied to this shop....I called Bryant on Monday morning, ordered the bike with the stuff I wanted on it. It was built Monday nite, a picture was taken of it, and emailed to me to show me what I was really getting. Is that cool or what?
The bike was shipped Tuesday morning, and arrived on my doorstep Thursday nite!

Other Comments:
After an exciting weekend of hard riding my brand new rig, there were a few minor challenges like trying to break in the warp drive. The most notable challenge was the maxim carbon fiber seat post that had lateral movement on the top of the post. Most likely a bonding problem. After calling Bryant and informing him of the problem, he immediately sent out a new seat post to correct the problem. Now that is being on top of things!
Finally, this is the first time I have ever filed a review. Nor is it everyday that I plop down over 3 grand for a new mountain bike! Because of where I bought the bike, and the attitude of the guys at Bobs, I do not have any buyers remorse whatsoever. This was a clutch transaction, I believe I got a good product for the money, and that the money went to a business that has good people in it. See you on the trails guys!

Shop Summary:
No-nonsense get it done right guys with good attitudes, and willingness to install parts not bought in their shop.

Customer Service:
Great. I'm always told if I get home and don't like it, bring it back for a no hassle refund or replacement, my choice.

Other Comments:
They sell a lot of parts on the web, and give you the same price for walking in the door. They're a good shop with a lot of stuff, and for good prices.
