Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Small hole-in-the-wall shop with lots of potential Customer Service: They should know when they quote for a wheel build if they have parts in stock, how much they cost and if they charge extra for labor. Other Comments: Don't go there for wheel builds. $100 for spokes, nipples and labor on a routine build is ridiculous. Their lack of stock kind of kills the "custom" part. They should either carry stock or have a good way to get good parts at a reasonable price.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: I live in Moab, but I have friends in Boise so I go there every once in a while to ride their perfect singletrack. While I'm there I always stop at Custom Cycles for all my bike needs or just to hang out. It's a small shop that's owner operated and every customer gets the personal touch. They have great prices and can get about anything you need. Customer Service: I broke my frame while riding in Boise. I stopped at Custom Cycles where they LENT me a frame and transferred all my parts to it so I could ride the next day. It took about an hour. That's service!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Looks like I get to be the first to write a review! These guys really know thier stuff. They are very knowledgable and have great prices. Not much overhead, so they can beat many shop prices. NO price gouging here! Whenever I need something, they are more than willing to help me out whether its tech advice or a purchase. They are reliable and won't try to sell you someting you don't need. Give em a try, you won't be disappointed. Customer Service: A+++++++++++++ Next to none. They get it done!!! I had a prob with my fork and the manufacturer couldn't even figure it out. These guys had it figured out in no time and it only took about 15 mins. Fork was fixed and I was on my way.
