the 5 year service plan is joke don't be stupid and buy it. If I could doit all over again I would of bought my bike somewhere else. There is way better customer service after the sale at other shops.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
This shop is great. They stock Rocky Mountain, Cannondale, Fisher and Raleigh for mtn. bikes, and Cannondale, Bianchi and other names for road bikes. They have a BMX section as well.
The store is clean and well staffed. If you want a bike this is, in my opinion, the place to shop in the NW suburbs of Chicago. Customer Service:
The customer service is professional and prompt. Wayne and crew will go out of their way to accommodate you if they can.
The real magic happens in the repair area however. Two of the best mechanics I have met work back there, Norm and Dan.
Norm knows bikes from the inside out and can answer almost any question you may have about a bike.
