Shop Summary: I have bought all my bikes from this shop. I got my Blur, 6.6 and MotoLite from them over the past 5 years. I would not buy a high end bike from anywhere else. I have been to the shop once and it is a beautiful shop packed with anything you could want. I have done my other two bikes over the phone.
Customer Service: If you want a shop where you feel like you are their only customer and can talk to the owner anytime you like, this is the shop for you. I have ordered two bikes over the phone from them and have been able to talk to Mike (the owner) or Adam every time I called the shop. I would call almost every day to change something on my build before the bike shipped and they would go over my options and help me pick the best components for my bike. I was a pain in the A$$ customer and they didn't seem to mind a bit. This is the best customer service I have ever received from any company.
Other Comments: Their prices are great and customer service is the BEST!!! I would not buy a bike from anywhere else!!!

Shop Summary: I just bought an Ellsworth Epiphany online from Adam and got an absolutely great deal- Upgraded my shock to Fox, threw in clipless pedals, pedal wrench, hex keys and other goodies FOR NO CHARGE. I didn't even know they upgraded me until I opened the box. Seriously the best (and most expensive) free gift I ever got. The bike came ready to ride and I was off on the trails in half an hour. Everything was tuned very well right out of the box. No need to fear buying bikes online from these guys! It was as good and better than half the shops I take mine to locally for tuneups. A+
Customer Service: The whole staff was always very helpful when I contacted regarding the status of my bike and they took the time to list exactly what options were available, even when I probably could have figured it out myself online. Friendly service that I would definitely recommend to anyone wary of buying online. Thanks RBikes!

Shop Summary: I actually bought a road bike from here. I thought the service was great. Mike was very helpful in my purchaseing my Litespeed Icon. He price matched to any lowest on-line price. That is a huge plus for a local bike shop to be able to do that. Like I told Mike, I would rather shop locally than on-line whenever I can.
Customer Service: A+. Mike kept me up to date on my bike order status. He also took the time to fine tune my fit when I went to pick up my bike.

Shop Summary: Great communication did business on line & via telephone Mike R.is very knowledgable & metiticulus in what he sells. Besides great prices many options are available.
Customer Service: Absolutley fantastic, Mike even stayed late on a friday to package the bike & then took it to ups personally just to get the bike out on the date he had said he would (I work retail myself & I see alot less service that goes on by coworkers) Mike deserves a big thumbs up from me.
Other Comments: There was somewhat of a delay from the frame mfgr, but once Mike got involved & worked a miracle for me he had the bike to me in less than two weeks. I recomend this store very highly they are trustworthy and aim to please.

Other Comments: BOUGHT A 2009 INTENSE TRACER VPP COMPLETE BIKE WITH THE INTENSE XT KIT WITH THE 2009 FOX 36 TALAS RC2 1.5 FORK. VERY,VERY,VERY HAPPY WITH BIKE. WAS SHIPPED TO ME IN MINT SHAPE WRAP UP LIKE A NEW BORN BABY. RBIKES.COM- CLASS ACTS, THEY TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT THEY DO AND DO IT VERY WELL. I CAN NOT SPEAK MORE HIGHLY ABOUT THIS AWSOME SHOP. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS I WISH THEY WERE MY LBS.
