Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
They gave me the wrong size inner tubes, despite my giving them the exact specifications of the wheel (and all sales of inner tubes are final). Customer Service:

Sadly, this is considered the best bike shop in Hyde Park. The consensus is to service your bike outside of Hyde Park if at all possible. Even if that means sticking it on the bus and riding downtown.
