Cross Country Rider Customer Service:
Did not properly repair bike and refused to correct problem Other Comments:
Doubled price quoted me for repair. Didn't bother to notify me before they completed the job. Was forced to pay to get my bike back. Quality of work was poor to boot. Only shop in town but will go elsewhere next time.
