You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Small shop-big Trek dealer, decent selection low-mid level moutain bikes and road bikes.

Customer Service:
NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS!!!

Other Comments:
I went to this shop on my lunch hour. I wanted to look and and buy a new Trek 3700 MTB. I was greated by some kid that looked pissed off he had to work. I explained what I was looking for and they had the bike I wanted. There was a lady in the store that wanted to drop her bike off for service so right when I was going to ask him to bring the bike down off the rack, the lady starts complaining she's on a time line and wants to get her paperwork done. The kid just bolts on me to take care of this lady. So I wait there for like 20 more minutes being ignored, and another guy comes in and starts looking around. He finishs up with the lady and then goes and helps the other guy! I was pissed. I walked out and probably won't return. It's a shame I ready a lot of great reviews on that shop. This kid also seemed to be the bike mechanic which kinds scared me since he looked like he was 15-16 years old. Went and bought a much more expensive MTB and another shop.
OH WELL Al'S - Step it up!
