Shop Summary:
I've had nothing but great experiences at this shop. Jeff went out of his way to help me, and he installed a crankset while I waited in about 45 minutes. It's a fairly small shop, but they have a decent inventory of road, MTB and cross bikes. I highly recommend stopping by to check them out.

Customer Service:
Jeff is known by many people to be one of the best in the business.

Other Comments:
Main Street Bikes is a financial supporter of the Carpentersville Pump Track that is about to be built this month.

Shop Summary:
Main St Bikes has a great selection of stuff you don't find at other much larger shops. The owner is big into 29er's and cross bikes. It is nice to stop into a shop as see something else aside from Treks, Fishers, Specialized.

Customer Service:
Great customer service. Jeff does not try to sell you any bike that you are not interested in. He cares more about keeping the customer happy than trying to push an expensive bike on someone.
