Shop Summary:
Full service bike shop that carries Specialized and Niner.

Customer Service:
Excellent Service! These guys are top notch and know their stuff. Very honest. I've bought 3 bikes, a hand built wheelset (Ashton does a hell of job on these... great attention to detail), and countless components. These guys have always taken care of me and I have no need to go anywhere else.

Other Comments:
Ashton also does some custom frame building on the side.

Shop Summary:
Great service & supporter of CAMBR . Mike keeps the admin side rolling and Ashton keeps the bikes doin it. I relocated to the area fro Orange County So CAL. Had my s works shocks on my FSR Stump-jumper rebuilt. No worries at all done very timely and flawless . I recommend this shop for sales as well as service. They carry Niner bikes & also are a Specialized dealer. They also serve some good old biker Java out of a coffee pot that any bike enthusiast & coffee drinker would enjoy. They have a wide variety of clothing\shoes/tools and cycling accessories...if they don't have it they can get it and usually in a few days or if your lucky next day dependent upon deliveries. Many of the snotfoot racers frequent the shop to get their bikes ready for the yearly trips we do .
If in need of repair/bike or just good java and a great vibe pedal & spoke is the place in Illinois.

Customer Service:
On time / price and quality.

Shop Summary:
Great shop especially if you are into MTB. I've bought 3 Stump Jumpers and a Myka for my GF over the last few years.

Customer Service:
The owner, Mike, and his son Ashton are very personable and helpful. Ashton built a great set of wheels for me, and is very knowledgeable in helping spec the right components. Their parts inventory is somewhat minimal but they can order anything you need and will do their best to match any price found online. They're even gotten me out of a bind by taking a part off a bike in stock when no one had one on the shelf. Can't say enough good things about these guys!

Shop Summary:
The guys at Pedal and Spoke must have a mandate to make everyone who comes in feel like their most important customer. You will never hear them say they are too busy. My wife's mongoose teocolli super lost a rear brake pad and I went to the shop to buy new. After asking what the pads were for, the mechanic installed and adjusted the brake pads and charged only the price of the pads. They were on sale and I was out of there in 5 min. If you need a repair quick for a trip or whatever, they are very accomodating.

Customer Service:
GREAT

Other Comments:
These guys love bikes and the people who ride them.

Shop Summary:
A the best bike shop the midwest could ask for. Family owned and operated. They've been in buisness for 25+ years. They have extensive knowledge of all aspects of cycling. be it mountain or road, and as far as BMX goes a finner shop i have not seen, as that is for sure a specialty of theirs. The staff are a great bunch of people, all involved with cycling on and off the clock. I've been traveling across the country racing and riding downhill. I have been to 100's of shops, none have matched the quality of Pedal&Spoke. small shop, but if they don't have it, ask and they can get it.

Customer Service:
Great crew, Mike the owner is a great guy, always great to talk to, and a wealth of cycling information, as is his son who also works there. I've never had any complaints about anything, they always made time to help me out.
