Shop Summary:
I was building a bike from a box of parts a friend gave me. I needed a pair of wheels so i ordered a set of stans flows from here. unfortunately i ordered them with out double checking the fork spacing and ordered the wrong hub. I called up the shop and richard, who i assume is the owner, got me straightened out with the quickest way to fix the issue. I sent the rim back had a new hub relaced in it and got it back in no more than a week very fast considering i live in california and the shop is in illinios. I would recomend this shop to anyone and wish they were my local shop instead of the three i have to deal with.

Shop Summary:
I got my Klein Palomino XV from RBikes.com about 10 years ago and it’s the best bike I ever owned. I was totally uncertain about what bike to get and the staff helped me pick it out. They have been the only place I would ever bring it to for tune-ups and service. They don’t just sell bikes, they RIDE! I have been on group mountain bike rides with them and they really know there way around the local trails and ones far away. They always price matched any advertised prices from other stores or on the Internet. The quality of the work that they do such as truing wheels, building custom bikes or just installing parts for me is top notch. Someday when my Klein Palomino has had enough, I plan on getting an Ellsworth Truth custom made, and I know exactly where I’ll go to get it.

Customer Service:
They wrote the book on Customer Service. They really go above and beyond. Bring your bike in for one thing and they don't just address that issue, they look over your whole bike, put air in your tires, check your gears, spin the wheels, whatever.

Other Comments:
Bottom Line, there is no other bike shop that has the knowledge and level of service that RBikes.com has.

Shop Summary:
The service I received with the purchase of my new Ventana El Padrino was amazing. I did the purchase with Mike over the phone & with emails. Mike treated me as a longtime valued customer. Mike and/or staff promptly responded to all my inquiries, quickly & expertly shipped my new bike. They sent photos of my bike prior to shipping to keep my updated.

Prices are very competitive and they will build what you desire.

Customer Service:
Mike & staff did an amazing job every step of the build. I cannot rave enough about the their professionalism in sales, build mechanics, & customer service.

Other Comments:
I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone who wants the best quality, customer service & prices.

Shop Summary:
Did business on the phone and they lead me in the right direction. Never physically been there but heard it is nice.

Customer Service:
Outstanding. Walked me through process of building a wheel set for me over the phone. They built the wheels as promised and delivered as stated. Worked with me on a budget that would give me the best long term value. Hooked me up with 819's, Chris King hub on rear wheel and Hope Pro II on front with 20mm.

Other Comments:
Bottom line. After having the wheels for over a year they have had only a couple of truing sessions for minor adjustments. Spoke tension is still outstanding. Outstanding set of wheels and there is no question that I would order from here again.

Shop Summary:
Had them build me a Turner 5 spot and they were great. Didn't try and upsale me on the front fork and told me it wasn't really needed. Appreciate that a ton.

Customer Service:
Great, kept in contact via email since I am over on a job in Korea at the moment so the time change was tricky for phone communications.

Other Comments:
Use them again in a heartbeat.
