Super Friendly Shop, everyone will talk to you if your there long enough. A bit expensive but a very well stocked shop with lots of bikes to pick from.

Shop Summary:
Plenty of bikes, parts, & accessories. Every time I've been in there the staff has really seemed to know what they are doing. Prices seem a little high, so be cautious when considering an accessory purchase. But frankly, I drove 40 miles to buy my wife's road bike here when I could have purchased it where I live because they do such a good job of treating their customers right.

Customer Service:
One time a couple friends and I were on an early Saturday morning mountain bike ride when my friend's pedal came loose from the crank. We went to Russell's thinking they opened at 8 (it was about 8:40 or 8:45). Turns out they did not open until 9, but the owner came out & sought us in the parking lot, let us come in, and had the threads in my friend's crankarm chased out & repaired before they were "officially" open. That's enough to earn them some business from me.
