Mostly Trek bikes sold here. Brought my bike here for some minor adjustments, and overcharged me. Then, I still had problems and brought it back and they worked on it some more and charged me even more. A bike shop meant mostly for local riders not in need of higher end bikes ($600+).

these guys helped me by installing a chain retension system. on my trek remedy 7 i replaced 3rd ring w/ race face bash and changed 2nd ring to a 36 and put on a black spire stinger. all my idea and i bought the shtuff on line and they got me the new gear. only 40 bucks for labor. perfect for my budget and they were nice. big key was i disscussed this project well in advance and then they schedualed me in. just right.

Shop Summary:
simple set up. clean and friendly. bike tech on site will fix any brand tho trek is what they sell. if they dont have it they can get it. lots of bikes on hand. they stock whats selling but can get whatever you want.lots of acsessories on hand plus shoes and appearal. not a huge shop but clean and neat and professional.all of these gentlemen are kind and also truthfull about things so customers understand products..TREK is awesome!!

Customer Service:
absolutley awesome how they take care of us! they are excellent and for repairs that are not under warenty they are still reasonably priced.they have a top notch tech who is a great wheel builder. also great at repairing damaged parts as well as replacing them.im a guy who is tuff on things.but when i brake it they send the bike back home actually better than it was. real easy place. you just buy a bike and work with the tech over time to keep the bike rolling at top performance .or if you own a bike they can keep that rolling too..

Other Comments:
my wife and i bought 4 bikes from these guys and they take great care of us. also they gave us an unbeatable deal on our last bike purchase. when you look at TREK QUALITY ,plus a bike tech shop that keeps you rolling for very affordable prices, not to mention new bike warrenties keep you rolling for a year usually with no cost, then by virtual value trek is easy to afford. with 2- 3500's, a remedy 7 and a lush we are in trail bike heaven!! I tell people I never had a real bicycle till I bought a Trek!!!

Shop Summary:
Clean shop with a good amount of space. Not a wide variety of brands/levels of bikes. A bike shop meant mostly for local riders not in need of higher end bikes ($600+).

Customer Service:
Brought my bike here for some minor adjustments, and overcharged me. Then, I still had problems and brought it back and they worked on it some more and charged me even more. While they seemed knowledgeable, the guy seemed to charge me a random dollar amount for adjustments, and then charged me again when I brought it back with the same problems (a few days later).
