Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Albright's understand bicycles, period! The owner's (Greg and Katie) keep abreast of bikes and are very reasonable on prices and will be there for you after the sale. I ride daily with a collection of road racing, mountain, and classic bikes for myself and my family. I have purchased approximately 14 bikes in the last five years for myself and my family, 11 of which were from Albright's, two from another shop and one off of the internet. I have concluded that to "shop around" makes no sense as Albright's has always been as competitive, more knowledgeable, and more geared to service after the sale than the other bike shops in the Michiana area. Albright's has effectively placed special orders on two customized high-end bikes and the pricing was better than available elsewhere. Rich knows mountain and road bikes and Greg is an expert in classics/retro bikes. My children have also have been very, very pleased with their bikes at Albright's. Customer Service: The get it done right and don't act like you're talking a foreign language when you're in need of a demanding adjustment. The rights parts may not be out in plain sight, but they likely have them for you in stock.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Purchased my bike from Albrights about a month ago and have been happy with it and the store ever since. A few days after purchasing mine we even went back to purchase one for my wife. Rich was very helpful in choosing which bike was right for me and her. They are very willing to let you go out and ride around on any of the bikes they have in stock. Customer Service: Excellent service every time we have been in the store.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Large store with a great selection. I go in to drop my mountain bike off for service and end up walking around for an hour looking at everything from the latest in dual suspension bikes to vintage cruisers Customer Service: Most are very knowledgeable and all want to help not just sell. If a staff member cant answer a tough question they will run a get an expert who can. Ask for Greg or Rich Other Comments: Great shop give them a try

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Definitely, the best bike store in area for a cycling family. Albright’s has always been my choice for my road and mountain bikes. However there are many shops who love to sell and service high-end bicycles, what sets Albright’s apart form those shops is Albright’s dedication to provide the same quality of service to all types and levels of cyclists. Albrights is the only shop in the area where you can see a Madone 6.9SL, Fuel FX 9.5, Trance 1, next to Electra Cruisers and Townies and Trek and Giant Kids Bikes. Customer Service: Everyone is friendly and truly wants to help you enjoy cycling. Albrights staff will provide you real and true information and will treat you to the highest level of customer service no matter what you spend or ride. Go to Albrights for straight talk and information about cycling, don’t go expecting to have your feet kissed because your might throw down you platinum card. Other Comments: If they don’t have it they will order it. Since Albright’s has been in business since 1914, they are the hot shop for vintage parts and service.
Trust this review as it based on a life long customers experience.
