Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Warm interior with open floor plan. Nice selection and separation of clothing, accessories and mountain, road, and kids bikes. Customer Service: Customer service truly sets them apart. I live on E side of Carmel (closer in fact to another shop located downtown)but will travel the extra extra minutes to go to Nebo Ridge because of their customer service. My son and I are building up a mtn bike for him and we have been working with the folks at Nebo Ridge throughout the process. Great folks (service mgr, owner, associates) who are interested in making sure we find the right balance of quality parts that fit the budget and allow my son and I to complete the project together. Nebo Ridge stepped up when other, closer shops weren't interested. They've earned my loyalty!

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Can't really add anything but "me too." Only negative is that they're 30 minutes away! Customer Service: Everyone in the shop 'lives bikes,' so they offer first-hand advice, not sales hype. Other Comments: The shop is named for Nebo Ridge, a great 16-mile out 'n back ridge-top ride in Southern Indiana, just South of Brown County State Park. Tim & co. sponsor the Brown County Breakdown as a way to support the Hoosier Mountain Bike Association. A metric-century of singletrack, replete w/ sags & mechanical support, bluegrass at his cabin in the woods, and a once-a-year opportunity to string together BCSP, Nebo Ridge, and Hoosier National Forest. Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Great customer service. Always helpful, both on the phone and in the shop. Only Moots dealer in Indiana. Come on they have got to be cool. Always willing to order anything I need. Modern store and only good bike shop located on the northwest side of Indy.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: I love that Tim (the owner) decided to create a great bike shop that was also a cool space. It is open, contemporary and provides high end java juice to customers. Customer Service: The whole team is friendly and knowledgeable (I like that while knowing a lot of stuff they are more committed to getting you the right answer over pretending to know everything). When my bike goes it it always leaves happier and healthier...and they are 100% committed to getting your bike's fit dialed in for you when you buy a steed from them! Other Comments: I have known the General Manager Jonathan for a number of years, even before he worked at this shop. I have always apprecaited that he was willing to take precious time answering endless questions without pressuring me to pull the trigger so he could "make the sale". It is for that reason that I did buy a nice bike and tons of other stuff in this shop over the summer...and I must say that the fitting and service after the sale surpassed even the incredible service that I got before hand. I have recommended this shop to many friends (many of whom have purchased there) and all I have to say is if you want to go to a cool shop and leave with a bike that fits you perfectly...I don't know of a better place to direct you (and I have bought bikes from three other local shops and from online sources as well)!
