Rating Badge

This shop does not have competitive prices, full retail. However, they had the tires I wanted for my wife's bike so I place an order. Unlike other on-line bike shops no e-mail confirmation was sent to me. Three days after I placed the order I logged on to the website and saw the order was still "pending". I called their telephone number and got an answering machine. I left a voice message and sent an e-mail asking that they inform me of the status of the order. They did not respond and I sent subsequent e-mails and left more voice mail messages requesting status.

Even though the website says that they will get back to you within 24 hours they still have not returned my calls or e-mails a week later and I have not heard from bicycletires.com. My order is still "pending".

I would recommend not buying from this on-line store.
