Racer Shop Summary: This is a pretty big shop that keeps a lot in stock so that you can see it in person before deciding on it. Nobody that comes into the shop is ignored unless you tell them you just want to look around, then they'll leave you alone. They can order most things that they don't have in stock and get it quickly. The prices are also really good. and there is no drama Customer Service: A+. mechanics really care about getting things fixed and it usually doesn't take them more than a day unless they have to order something rare. The mechanics do great work and are real personable. They've gone so far to call people a week after rebuilding a fork to ask how it's working out. The mechanics are relatively young so that may throw some people off but because they're young they care more and really listen to you instead of assuming they know what the problem is as soon as you show them the bike. Other Comments: Bob Peters, owner of Clarksville has done a lot for cycling in the Louisville and southern Indiana area. He sponsors a mountain bike team and several road teams including Papa John's, Texas Roadhouse and Barbosol. If you make a visit to the shop I'm sure you'll be impressed with the service. Bob may not say a whole lot but you can rest assured he isn't going to rip you off and he is true to his word.
