Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Very nice large shop that is clean, bright and orderly. The merchandise is displayed in a fashion that makes shopping pleasant. The variety of bicycles and accessories available is wide, varied and in every price range. I have always been able to find what I needed. I'm a weekend warrior, but was referred by a serious rider- so believe that the entire spectrum is covered. Not only price competitive- they have beat most other sources. Customer Service: The BEST!! Everyone is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I live a distance away (2hr. round trip) and have made multiple phone calls to the shop and am always treated with courtesy, get all of my questions answered to my satisfaction, have gotten advice regarding equipment and have never felt any sales pressure to buy beyond my needs or impatience to be off the phone. They have gone above and beyond by making sure I understood my equipment, tires were aired correctly, seat adjusted, computer installed etc. Tommy even put MY bike rack on my car correctly because I had it on wrong. In the day and age where so many only care about sales- this place backs it up with service 110%. Other Comments: bikediesel is out of line. You don't have to BE something (in this case a biker) to know about something (bikes). Give the employee credit for trying to dig out the answer- NO MATTER THE SOURCE. If bikediesel were truly a serious mountain biker about to drop his "big bucks" (?)- he'd have asked many other bikers about their components and done his research like the rest of us. Besides, how could any one employee have experience with all components of such a huge variety of bikes?
I was there one day when a friend called in to get technical support while on a ride and it was given in a friendly manner. GREAT SHOP AND GREAT PEOPLE!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: The moment you walk in the shop, you feel welcome. It is a VERY clean and well maintained business. The owners are extremelly helpful and polite. Customer Service: The customer service is the main reason we keep going back. We are welcomed each time we go in with smiles on everyones faces. My son is building a bike and each time we go in there they are very patient and very helpful with him, and do not judge him, and his taste in old bikes! Other Comments: I will be purchasing a new bike this summer and I will be definatly going there to get it. I live in Illinois, but it is worth the extra miles and time.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Not a bad shop as long as you are not looking for advice.
They offer very good deals on bikes.
The employees don't really have a clue how to ride, or much about mountain biking.
If I was bringing my family in for my daughters first bike this shop would be fine. However, I was looking on spending over a thousand on a race bike and was not pleased with employees that don't ride. Customer Service: Employees are friendly and honest. This is really a bike shop oriented towards family as opposed to serious cyclists. Other Comments: My problem is this, and it may sound bad, but I can't be the only one who feels this way. I went in to look for a new ride. I was helped by a guy who weighed 350 lbs. and didn't know anything about components other than what came stock. This guy then went and asked a 55 year old lady for help with some questions I had. They have to be able to find someone who rides bikes to work at a bike store.
