Shop Summary:
Because of the MTBR.com site, I found this brick and mortar shop that had really great prices on Cygolite bike lights that were advertised for even less than what you can find on eBay. So to confirm that they were real, I called them and was greeted with a friendly staff person that answered my questions on the Cygolite TridenX. Ended up purchasing the TridenX Li-Ion Xtra for the longer run time. Within 15 minutes, I received a FedEx Ground tracking number and my order quickly arrived to the West Coast in four days. Product arrived as described and was new, not some B stock item you could find on eBay if your not careful. Looking at their other products they offer on their site, they again have great prices on other bike products. You should check them out before you go to eBay or used. Some of their new products are even less expensive than used products found on eBay and Craigslist. Highly recommended.

Customer Service:
First rate. Friendly on the phone with quick follow up via e-mail. Appreciate the FedEx tracking number to monitor my order. Nice to have a return policy from a domestic company.
