You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Very friendly and easy to do business with - very reasonable prices - a good feel for how much to help - lots of info if you want or need it but not if you don't

They will do whatever you ask with a smile - couldn't be better

They have helped me and my family choose several bikes and we have always been well pleased.

Shop Summary:
Yes, they're the only bike shop in town. They sell bikes, parts, accessories as well as camping/hiking/outdoor stuff including shoes/boots/sandals and clothing. They have convenient hours and parking. The bike mechanics are also the bike sales-guys. It's obvious that they are all into various kinds of cycling. A few of the employees attended the recent Interbike show in Vegas.

Customer Service:
My experience was great. I visited the shop several times while trying to figure out what bike I wanted. Each time a different employee helped me, and they were all patient and friendly. The day I bought my bike, the manager helped me for over an hour as I took a few different bikes for rides around the parking lot, trying to decide. Prior to shopping for a bike, I visited the store, and also found their employees to be helpful and friendly.

Other Comments:
They keep info on hand about local bike rides, routes and parks - not just for biking but also for camping/kayaking/hiking, etc.

Refer to my other comments. Thanks.

Customer Service:
They usually give you a phone number to call so they don't have to fix it when they don't know how.

Other Comments:
Their camping/climbing/backpacking section keeps them in business.
