Shop Summary:
Large well stocked inventory of bikes and parts. The staff members are riders, racers, and part of the trail building scene here in Kansas City. They are very supportfull of the bike clubs in town and sponsor local teams.

Customer Service:
They have the most knowledgable and friendly staff in town. Their mechanics and wheel builders are some of the best. Their special orders are quick. You can get a professional bike fiting done at this shop. Well worth the time and money to dial in your bike to match your flexibility and riding style.

Other Comments:
Overall the best shop in the area.

Shop Summary:
Very large bike shop that caters to roadies and mountain bikers alike. They sell Specialized, Giant and I think I saw a Rocky Mountain in there, too. They had everything under the sun bike-related at very reasonable prices. Bags, Camelbacks, helmets, shoes, clothing of all types, food stuffs, ...etc.

Shop area is in the back. They have parts for sale for the DIY'ers. They had a great selection of chain oil and other drive-train maintenance materials. Though, their prices on consumables was rather high (tubes and air cylinders, especially); but, their customer service it top notch!

Customer Service:
These are guys and gals that love to ride and enjoy people. I was made to feel instantly welcome and Warren (I think his name was) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I've been to the store a few times now and I've spoken to a few of their sales staff and every...single...one of them is friendly and courteous. They also know the shop and the bikes they sell very well.

When I asked about some new tires (Kenda, specifically) Warren took the time to show me Kendas as *well* as some other alternatives and reasons for choosing them over the selection of Kendas they had - which shows me they know their products! I'm *very* likely to purchase the specialized tires I was shown to give it a go for something to compare against in the future.

Other Comments:
This is going to be my primary LBS. I've been to bikes shops in CT, MA, VA, IN, MI and now KS/MO and these guys are right up there with my favorite, 5-chili-burnin'-bike-shop in CT, Cycling Concepts.

Down to Earth people work at this shop. Give 'em a shot, you won't be disappointed.

I visit 2 to 3 times a month.

Shop Summary:
This is very large bike shop. It has every type of bike a person could ever want. They carry a wide selection of hybrid, comfort, entry level mountain bikes, performance mountain bikes, road bikes and tri bikes. There is a bike in that store for anyone. The store is generally clean compared to a lot of bike shops I've been in. It isn't as open as some other stores, but that's because it is chalked full of cool product. Overall a great shop with fun people working there.

Customer Service:
customer service here is exeptional. I always get greeted as I walk in and am never short of advice from the knowledgable staff. The sales guys all ride and love the sport. The mechanics turn repairs around very fast.

Other Comments:
Best bike shop in KC.
