Awesome, no hassle shop. Wide range of merchandise. Organized well. Brendan hires knowledgeable help that caters to all levels of cyclists. The best shop I have ever been to. Customer Service:
Customer service is what this shop is built on. I'm military and already own two bikes and I do most of my own wrenching. Most shops know they won't get a big sale off of me and look the other way. Santa Fe Trails offers excellent advise, sells parts and tools at a competitive price, and makes you feel at home. Absolutely none of the "attitude" you'll find at many shops. Other Comments:
If you just enjoy being around bikes and cyclists, hang out and drink coffee. Great atmosphere!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary:
Great shop. Brendan, the owner, runs rides throughout the year. During ther summer you can join 3-4 rides a week from the shop and in the winter riding goes indoors on trainers. You used to be able to rent to own a trainer through the winter, probably still can. Great deal and an easy way to buy your own. Altogether I have purchased at least three bikes and hundreds of parts from this shop. The money you save from mail order is nothing when compared to the service you will receive when you buy from Santa Fe. Customer Service:

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Santa Fe Trails is a great little shop. I bought two bikes there while I was stationed at nearby Fort Leavenworth. I'm no longer in the Army, and I've since moved to Park City Utah. I still purchase bikes there. They are easy and pleasant to deal with. They also take trade ins on products that you've purchased from them. I can't say enough about how great this shop is!
