Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: This is a riders shop. The guys (and ladies) eat, drink and sleep bikes. They have really developed a helluva cycling community by sponsoring races, trail days, mountain bike and road rides. Sales support and knowledge is outstanding. This team has really worked to cultivate a solid reputation in this city and they have earned it one sale at a time. When anyone is looking for a bike, Reser Bicycle Outfitters is the first place I tell them to go. Support those that support you!!!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Reser is the latest bike store that I have visited. I have been looking at buying a new bike for the last 6 monthes. I have visited all the bike stores in the area. I looked a lot of bikes over this period of time. I went to Reser's thinking that they wouldn't have much of a selection or even the bike I wanted to look at, which was a Yeti 575. How wrong was I? They not only had a 575 but had at least 6 in the shop. I got to talking with Jason about the bike, new trails in the area and spent the next 90 minutes BSing about bike, parts and trails. I don't think that I could have left with a better impression. I thought to myself " I would buy a bike from these guys/gals even if it wasn't the bike I wanted."

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: All the other reviews are spot on. "Not a shop full of cookie cutter crap" that you see every other rider on. It's absolutely the best products and brands in each category. And they have stuff in stock! This is an elite shop from the top end products they carry, to the highest levels of service, to the knowledge of the staff. Customer Service: Even though Reser carries the most high end product and delivers the best service in the area, I've seen him and the staff be just as nice and helpful to kids walking in just needing a $5 innertube for their flat tire. They truely care about everyone that comes in the door. And they advise you and help you obtain the best possible product or service for your real needs.
They constantly expand their knowledge of bikes, riding and maintenance by attending seminars, demos and mechanic workshops at places like Interbike. Then they apply that knowledge to you and your experience. Other Comments: The people there are real riders and actively practice every discipline on two wheels. They're not just "store clerks" like you find in most other shops in the area. Jason and the gang are heavly involved in bike advocacy, racing and trail building.
Quick story: I recently bought a folding bike for my mother-n-law. I knew nothing about them, but my father-n-law sent me some online links to a few bikes he had researched. I called Reser and found out they carried one of the bikes. Not knowing anything about folding bikes and still not even knowing the price I told my father-n-law "This is the one we have to get, because trust me if they carry it at Reser it's as good as you can get. They don't carry anything that's not the best." Sold!
I've been going there for over 6 years. I've bought 2 bikes there, and I'm about to buy another in a few months. And every other bike I ever buy will come from there. It's the best shop I've ever been to and that's a pretty long list spanning OH, KY and NC.

Downhiller Shop Summary: It's the only shop even worth going to in the entire tri-state area. Reser's has a huge selection of brands and I'm not talkin about the cookie cutter dime a dozen Trek, Specialized, Cannondale, and Jamis, crap. They've got Yeti, Rocky Mountain, BMC, and TRANSITION. I can't believe they sell Transition I mean there shops in KY!! But whatever thats bad ass! Not to mention they don't just have or have heard of urban freeride bikes but they have a good selection of Black Market, DK, and Transition bikes. Customer Service: Its great there always friendly and they know so much about there bikes and accesories its amazing. And they seem to genuinely like what they sell. I haven't bought a bike there yet but the one I have I wont let another mechanic touch it ever again. I always get it back in perfect condition and I'm really picky. Other Comments: Seriously save your self a head ache and just go there for everything you or your bike needs. oh yeh and my brother rides BMX and they promised to beat Dan's comp prices and do free installs on parts, did i mention there mechanic kicks ass.
