Shop Summary:
Only been to this shop twice but both times I left pretty aggravated, customer service means a ton to me & I think you'd need a cattle prod to get the guys working there to get off their stools behind the desk & actually help. First time I went there they sat there & ate their McDonalds the whole time I was in the shop(really at a store that should be promoting fitness)

Customer Service:
non existent

Other Comments:
Nice selection of bikes & parts. Be prepared to serve yourself.

Shop Summary:
very impersonal and somewhat arrogant

Customer Service:
was decent until i started leaning towards a somewhat cheaper bike, then i was passed off to a different sales person.

Other Comments:
lived in cities with several bike shops and towns with no bike shops, i guess customer service is not first on the list when you are the only shop in town. looks like ill be back on the internet.
