Shop Summary:
I've been hanging out at this shop for four years now, Chris the original owner really got me into biking and got the shop off to a good start. The new owner Justin now sponsors me at local MTB races. I trust the owner and mechanic with all my bikes. Justin goes way out of his way to get know each and every customer just as well as sponsored riders. And hit him up for free nutrition at the Piney Hills Classic!

Customer Service:
Justin is really helpful with new riders, getting them sized to their bike and great with service after the sale. Always has good deals on the latest bikes. Gradually getting more and more stock parts and bikes on the floor, it's been a slow process because it's a small shop, but it's becoming a full service bike shop that can get anything you need.

Shop Summary:
Cool little shop that is in a good location. The owner & the mechanic are both friendly & helpful

Customer Service:
Always greeted when you walk in. the new owner keeps a good selection of bikes & some necessities on hand but can get parts in very quickly. Not much of a clothing selection but i get the feeling they are more geared towards selling & repairing bikes.

Shop Summary:
New owner Chris is pretty legit. He took the shop to another level...it's a place that you feel very comfortable just hanging out while you're waiting to get service. My favorite bike shop thus far...and I've been all over(CO, NC, TN, GA, LA)

Customer Service:
If he doesn't have the part that you need in stock, he'll order it and it'll be there the next day.

Other Comments:
Very fair pricing. I was expecting much worse from a shop that's so small.

Shop Summary:
I'm in Ruston a couple times a week. I'll drop in their shop from time to time to grab something. I'm usually just getting the basic stuff like tubes or whatever. The shop fits my needs.

Customer Service:
The guys have always been friendly when I've been there. I've never had to go in there to resolve a problem, so I can't speak to that. I rate them a 4 out 5 only because I haven't really been in a situation requiring much more than somebody ringing me up at the register.

Other Comments:
Small shop in a small college town. One of the best mountain bike trails in the southeast is located there so most of their traffic is mtn bikers. It is also a hilly area so they will stock mtn bikes and road bikes. There is no market for TT or tri bikes for that shop. Inventory is limited because there isn't going to be a lot of walk-in traffic for people shopping for bikes. If you want a bike, chances are you will have to order it. That's not unusual for any shop unless you you are in a large metropolitan area.

Shop is small but it has what you need to get your bike back on the trail.

They did it while I wated. Rode the same morning.
